Katie Clemm, Esquire
Born and raised outside of Philadelphia, PA, Katie has always been driven by a passion for helping others navigate life's complexities. She graduated from Villanova University in 2012 and earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 2015. After law school, she embarked on a unique journey with her father, Mark Clemm, founding a law firm that focused on civil litigation and transactional law, including business, real estate, personal injury, and estate law.
Over the past decade, Katie discovered a deep connection to estate planning and administration. She loves guiding clients through the process of creating meaningful, personalized estate plans that reflect their wishes and protect their loved ones. Her background in civil litigation provides her with a unique perspective, allowing her to anticipate and address the challenges clients may face in both their personal and professional lives.
In 2024, Katie and her family—her husband, their one-year-old daughter, and their beloved Sheepadoodle—relocated from Philadelphia to Charlotte, NC, trading cold winters for a warmer climate and a fresh start. With the move came a renewed focus on her passion for estate planning and administration.
Katie understands that leaving a legacy is important to many families, and she is dedicated to helping clients achieve that goal. She collaborates with trusted accountants and financial professionals to deliver comprehensive, holistic estate planning solutions.
Katie is a devoted Villanova Wildcats fan and an enthusiastic planner who dreams of being a travel agent, specializing in itineraries down to 15-minute intervals.

Mark Clemm, Esquire
Mark graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1979 and from the Dickinson School of Law in 1982. He began his legal career as an associate with the firm of High, Swartz, Roberts and Seidel in Norristown, Pennsylvania and became a partner there in 1989. In 1990, Mark left that firm and cofounded a new firm known as Cutler and Clemm, P.C., located in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. He remained as the President of that firm until December 31, 2014. On January 1, 2015, he started a new firm with his daughter, Katie M. Clemm, Esquire who graduated from Villanova Law School. Mark has continuously practiced law for 34 years with his practice focused on business transactions and litigation, construction, title insurance, personal injury, motor vehicle, product liability, medical malpractice and professional negligence litigation, all aspects of real estate transactions and litigation, landlord/tenant disputes and zoning and land development. The geographical focus of his practice is Montgomery County Pennsylvania and all of the surrounding counties; however, he has handled cases in multiple counties throughout Pennsylvania. He also has handled cases in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey federal courts as well as the federal courts of various other states. He is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania courts as well as the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
